Review a Pull Request Diff
Paste a diff and get a review that reads like a careful colleague: real bugs first, then risks, then small things, each pinned to a file and line.

Review this pull request. Purpose: Adds rate limiting to the login endpoint.
```diff
--- a/api/auth.py
+++ b/api/auth.py
@@
+attempts = {}
+def login(user, pw):
+ attempts[user] = attempts.get(user, 0) + 1
```
Report in this order, each item with file and line:
1. Bugs (wrong behaviour, crashes, security problems).
2. Risks (concurrency, performance, missing tests, breaking changes).
3. Small things (naming, readability), at most five.
If something is fine, don't mention it. Don't rewrite the PR; suggest the smallest change for each item.
Everything you type stays in your browser. Remove passwords, keys and personal data before pasting anything into an AI tool.
Why this prompt is written this way
- Severity order. Bugs first means you see what blocks the merge before any style comments.
- File and line. Pinned comments are easy to act on and to paste into the PR.
- Limit the nitpicks. A cap on small comments keeps the review useful.
Example answer
Illustrative and shortened, to show the shape of a good answer. Real answers vary by model.
Bugs - api/auth.py:3 attempts is a module-level dict: not shared between workers and grows forever. Risks - No test for the limit being hit. Small - attempts could be named failed_attempts.
Tips
- Include the purpose; the same diff can be right or wrong depending on the goal.
- For big PRs, review one file or one commit at a time.
